Cryptotab Browser - Mining Bitcoin Passively

Cryptotab is a web browser than when used, for mining, will passively mine bitcoins while you are using it for other activities, like watching movies or just surfing the internet. However, I will be going into detail the facts you need to know, want to know and if it is going to be better for you to get.

The browser site states that since it has a built in mining algorithm, that the speed of mining is up to 8 times faster then using Chrome and its extensions. The browser can sync all bookmarks and information that you used on Chrome as it uses the same extensions from Google Play, for which all saved passwords and data will get transferred over.

How much CPU does the mining use?

Since the browser is a miner, be careful with computer heating up, it will use a bit of your CPU and update your bitcoins around every 10 minutes. There are 2 options for the miner – full and halfway, as using this increases hash rate but now its time for the data. When using the miner at half capacity, the CPU used is around 25 to 30%, which in terms for people “It’s a Hog”, but this takes in account how many tabs you have open, although it still stays in the same range.

The full mining power will take your CPU to 40 to 53% being used, now the advice for this is just to use halfway and not full, as this will heat up your computer fast. You will still have nice results and it is passive earning while doing other activities and tasks.

What is the minimum payout and how will I get paid?

The payout for the site is 10,000 satoshi or 0.0001 and when withdrawing you can add your address manually. You will get paid straight to your Bitcoin wallet, which you can get from blockchain or another wallet provider. It will be simple to get the minimum payout, but the main focus on this browser is if it best to go solo or to start a mining network.

Getting a mining network

Now the site uses a referral system, meaning the more people that join your link the more you will make, as this is just passive that trying to get people to do something might not be of great help. If you are not good at getting referrals or promoting, then you can still earn passively but it will be better to have other sites to earn while doing browsing activities.

“Respect is Demanded, Trust has to be earned” quote: Words of Wisdom

People can argue that respect also has to be earned, for which this article is about me telling the straight facts and to earn respect and reputation among the blogging community.

TRUTH – wouldn’t recommend if you can’t get people to join you. My stats are not good, for which I have gotten 2 people to join but they do not use the browser for mining, however I still earn reasonably well from other sites and still have passive income while doing faucets.

Conclusion

It is up to you if you would like to sign up and use this browser, instead of others like Chrome, Safari or Firefox, as if you want to earn bitcoin this is a start on your journey as well as other sites mentioned on my blog. Thanks for reading and hope you enjoy your day.
